About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator (intermediate or senior) to join a reputable remedial business delivering complex class 2 asset remediation projects across NSW. This role plays a critical part in securing work and supporting continued growth through accurate, commercially sound tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for remedial and infrastructure projects.
* Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and reports.
* Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
* Identify project risks, opportunities and value-engineering options.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure buildability and accuracy.
* Maintain estimating databases, rates and historical cost information.
* Support bid strategies and mentor junior estimators where required.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience estimating remedial or Class 2 tendering
* Strong knowledge of class 2 codes and Australian standards
* Strong knowledge of concrete remediation, structural strengthening and specialist repair works.
* Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
* Experience using estimating software such as CostX, CUBIC or similar.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
