The Brand Foundry is a boutique creative studio based in Nedlands, Perth. We create and refine brand identities, design marketing collateral, corporate publications and websites, and craft brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms.

We are currently seeking a highly creative and strategically minded individual who is passionate about brand, marketing and communications, and is interested in becoming an integral member of our growing business.

This role would suit someone who is confident working directly with clients, enjoys shaping brand direction, and is comfortable managing the practical delivery of creative projects from strategy through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have
* Minimum of 5 years' marketing, brand, communications or account management experience
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, positioning, messaging and storytelling
* Ability to apply strategic frameworks to brand positioning, tone of voice, audience mapping and content direction
* Strong understanding of marketing communications, content strategy and brand-led campaigns
* Ability to research a client's brand, market, competitors and audience, and draw clear strategic conclusions
* Initiative to propose creative and strategic ideas that strengthen brand performance
* Capacity to work autonomously and directly with clients
* Analytical, results-oriented and commercially minded approach
* Understanding of social media and digital channels, with the ability to identify opportunities for clients
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Strong reporting and presentation skills
* Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with designers, copywriters and digital specialists
* Strong understanding of key communication channels, including websites, social media, EDMs and corporate publications
The following are not required but are desirable
* Strong interest in the ESG and sustainability space
* Experience working in a creative agency
* Experience working within or alongside the mining, energy, property and/or construction sectors
* Experience coordinating graphic design projects, such as annual reports, sustainability reports and marketing collateral
Some of your responsibilities will include
* Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact across selected projects
* Researching clients' existing brand presence, market position, competitors and audience perceptions
* Developing brand strategy recommendations, including positioning, messaging, tone of voice and content direction
* Supporting or facilitating brand and marketing strategy workshops with clients
* Translating strategic insights into clear creative briefs for the internal team
* Developing content and campaign recommendations to support brand awareness, audience engagement and client objectives
* Supporting the development of social media and digital campaign strategies in collaboration with the digital team
* Reviewing client communications across key touchpoints, including websites, social media, EDMs, presentations and corporate publications
* Sharing brand, marketing and communication trends and recommendations with clients and stakeholders
* Project managing selected graphic design projects, including annual reports, sustainability reports, marketing collateral and other brand communication materials
* Coordinating with designers, copywriters, digital specialists and external suppliers to deliver client projects
* Supporting website content planning and updates where required
Other duties may include
* Account management and client communication
* Preparing meeting notes, project updates and client recommendations
* Assisting with proposal preparation, research and supporting materials for new business opportunities
* Reviewing or coordinating content for websites, presentations, reports and marketing collateral
* Supporting internal marketing and The Brand Foundry's own content output where required
