NET Developer – Contract
We are looking for a skilled Ruby or .
NET Developer to join a dynamic team on a contract basis.
This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and improving web applications and APIs, with opportunities for some flexible WFH.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails or .
NET frameworks.
Design and implement relational data models and work with SQL databases.
Apply Object-Oriented design, Service-Oriented Architecture, and API design principles.
Integrate systems and applications through APIs, and work with XML and JSON data formats.
Analyse existing application processes and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
Promote organisational values and maintain high standards of professional behaviour.
About You
Demonstrated experience in web development with Ruby on Rails or .
NET.
Strong understanding of relational data modelling, SQL, and API integration.
Skilled in object-oriented programming, XML/JSON, and process improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, JavaScript, frontend development, or identity management (SAML/OAuth) is desirable.
Graduate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
