Role
In this fast‐paced role, you'll provide vital administrative support to ensure our team meets its goals and KPIs. Your day will be diverse and rewarding as you:
* Prepare invoices and reconcile at end of month
* Respond promptly to internal and external supplier enquiries via email
* Action email requisitions for services, consumables, disposals and transport
* Act as a key liaison between our finance and operations teams
* Manage recurring purchase orders for multiple locations
* Review and action supplier invoices
* Ensure month‐end processes are performed
About You
You're someone who enjoys problem‐solving, staying organised, and building positive relationships. You bring a professional and friendly approach to everything you do, and you take pride in delivering high‐quality work.
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with a purchasing focus
* Strong relationship‐building skills with suppliers and internal teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to stay calm, positive, and solutions‐focused under pressure
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong time‐management skills
* The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment
* Solid proficiency across JDE, Coupa, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
