**Job Description**:
**Your new opportunity at Nine.**
Nine Perth is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a 9 month fixed term contract to join their team and be responsible for delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group.
The role will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
- Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
- Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
- Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
- Data entry of advertising spots to sales and traffic system
- Monitor movement of advertising spots in system
- General administrative tasks for Sales team

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people & relate to people at all levels of client / agency organisations
- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Confident, self motivated & demonstrates initiative
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks
