Key Responsibilities:
* Lead reactive and planned maintenance across a large property portfolio
* Conduct annual inspections and NABERS assessments
* Manage critical incidents and recovery plans
* Oversee contractor performance and compliance
* Maintain asset lifecycle plans and ensure data integrity
* Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in FM delivery
* Support financial reporting, audits, and budget forecasting
About You:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in Facilities Management
* Strong client focus and ability to deliver results
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
* Financial acumen and systems/data management capability
* Able to work independently and within a collaborative team
* Experience in government or multi-site portfolios highly regarded
