Lifestyle Coordinator - Arcare Hope Island
Our organisation is seeking a motivated Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve creating and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.
The successful candidate will have Cert IV Leisure & Health and experience in working with aged care or community services. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable and passionate about their work.
In this role, you will be responsible for activity planning, resident assessment, program implementation, and volunteer coordination. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the activities are well-organised, safe, and inclusive for all residents.
