Key Responsibilities
* Create Exceptional First Impressions: Welcome every patient with a warm smile and genuine care.
* Manage Appointments with attention to detail: Ensure accurate bookings and patient account management.
* Communication: Handle phone calls and answer queries from patients.
* Support GPs and the Team: Assist with administrative tasks like scanning, emails, rescheduling and finding information.
* Follow Practice Protocols: Maintain smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Strong Communication Skills: You're approachable, empathetic, and confident in handling various patient interactions.
* Attention to Detail: You excel at multitasking while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
* Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Experience Preferred, Not Required: While previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, we're happy to train the right candidate.
