Are you looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Customer Administration Consultant

The primary responsibilities of this role will be providing an outstanding pre-delivery customer experience, supporting two Customer Care Managers with administration duties, including but not limited to preparing customer's warranty paperwork, keeping logs up to date, and ensuring customer's vehicles are booked in for Car Care to be fitted. Inspecting the job has been completed prior to delivery. Over time you will also be trained in selling Car Care products to be able to support the team.

We are looking for a proactive team player to join our existing highly energetic and successful sales team. You should be comfortable building rapport with internal and external customers. You will be supported by two experienced Customer Care Managers

The role requires an organised person with attention to detail and the ability to take direction and who wants to learn. Basic computer skills are necessary. MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and some knowledge of Internet systems would be advantageous.

This role can be Part Time - 4-day a week or Full time 5-day-a-week role, with availability on Saturdays being essential.
