**Your new company**
Hays are proud to be joining forces with a reputable and ever growing family owned company, specialising in managing and recycling of construction and demolition waste within the Canberra region. They are now looking for an office administration assistant to join their team. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday - Friday. Ideal hours are 7.30am - 4pm.
**Your new role**
Your new role will consist of but not limited to
- Data entry
- Scheduling and diary management
- Dockets and Invoice processing
- Office management duties
- Archiving entry
- Rostering
- Administration Ad hoc duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following attributes to bring to the company.
- Experience with Microsoft Systems incl Outlook, Word, Teams ect
- Excel experience is a must
- Sharepoint experience within a business setting is a must
- Administration and customer focus
- Willingness to learn and support the team you work with
