Customer Engineer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment's - POS-ATMS.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure seamless customer operations and satisfaction.
* Resolve customer issues independently or escalate as needed.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on ATMs, kiosks, desktops, and workstations.
* Assist with site preparation, including cabling, staging, and testing of equipment.
* Maintain company assets, including tools, software, vehicles, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in PC hardware maintenance, routers, networks, and peripherals.
* A+ Certification is highly preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
* Mechanical/electrical aptitude with experience in desktops, servers, and networks.
