The Role
This is a hands-on, experienced role where your skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability will make a direct impact on our projects. You'll work closely with our joinery and site teams to deliver premium, bespoke joinery from workshop to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture & assemble high-end commercial cabinetry to detailed plans
* Operate CNC machines, edge banders & modern workshop tools
* Troubleshoot and solve production or installation challenges on the spot
* Maintain quality control standards across all projects
* Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and workflow

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Cabinet Maker – Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)
* 4+ years' experience in commercial joiExperienced cabinet maker for high-end commercial fitouts in Brisbane. Full-time, no weekends. Must be proactive with strong problem-solving & fitouts
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you see issues before they happen
* High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without cutting corners
