We are looking for experienced Spray Seal Crew Members to join our team in Maddington WA to provide services across the metropolitan and regional areas. This role will suit someone looking for an all-rounder type of job who can work away regionally and interstate if required.
**What you'll bring**
- Previous Spray Seal (Chip Sealing) or similar experience.
- Current Heavy Combination or Multi Combination Licence
- Dangerous Goods Licence (highly desirable)
- Current General Induction card
- Proven ability in the operation of mobile plant machinery and equipment
- A solid **'team player' **with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
- The ability to work intrastate for periods of time as required
**Travel Requirement**
Applicants must have the ability to work regionally and intrastate for periods of time as required and travel to and from the accommodation provided and/or worksite. Crews can be away for up to 4 weeks at a time - we strive to have operators return home where possible however this may be difficult due to location and restrictions with working hours. Downer covers all accommodation costs and provides allowances for meals, living away and travel expenses in accordance with the modern award.
