This role is an opportunity for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Strata Manager/Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline communication, handling general inquiries, and providing crucial administrative support.
About the Opportunity
The Assistant Strata Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery across our body corporate and property management services. This varied and fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-volume communication by answering and redirecting incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
* Managing key documentation processes, including Section 37 certificates, changes of ownership, pet applications, and requests for information.
* Providing general administrative support, from drafting notices to preparing and issuing documentation.
* Strata Coordination & Distributing meeting agendas and minutes using Stratamax in line with legislative requirements.
* Managing key requests from owners and agents to ensure smooth access for owners, tenants, and contractors.
Requirements:
* A great administrator with passion for property management.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
