This is an exciting chance to contribute to a well-established team of 8, working end-to-end across accounts payable functions in a high-volume setting. About the Role: As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full function AP process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time. Your day-to-day will include: End-to-end accounts payable processing High-volume invoice matching, batching, coding, and entering Preparing and processing payment runs Managing supplier accounts and performing reconciliations Responding to internal and external payment queries Assisting with month-end reporting and accruals Supporting continuous improvement within the AP function You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders across procurement and finance, and reporting to a supportive AP Team Leader.
