Responsibilities
Responsible for safe operation of collection vehicles
Undertake long-haul driving, including towing trailers, with paid overnight accommodation when required
Perform loading and unloading duties of commercial and industrial waste, material or consignment
Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
Comply with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations, and training
Qualifications
Unrestricted HC licence as a minimum
Ability to drive long-haul
Must be available for an early morning start
Ability to drive a variety of trucks
Clean driving record
Professional presentation and manner with strong customer-service ethic
Strong commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
