About the Role
This position plays a key part in coordinating and analysing transport and procurement activities to support our import business across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will:
* Analyse transport service delivery data and manage key logistics milestones
* Procure and liaise with 3PL transport providers to meet customer delivery timeframes
* Oversee customs clearance and broker communication for import shipments
* Provide analytical insights to support procurement and cost-optimisation initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery outcomes
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Proven experience in a procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Experience working with international suppliers and customers, particularly across European and Asian markets
* Sound understanding of import processes, Incoterms, and customs documentation
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams

Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
