Our client, Force Accessories Pty Ltd, is seeking an Engineering Technologist to join their team on a full-time basis. Located in Dandenong South, Victoria, Force Accessories was founded on the principles of innovation, quality, and unwavering dedication to off-road excellence, and has long been a trusted name among enthusiasts and professionals alike.
Force Accessories is dedicated to engineering high-performance protection for dirt bikes locally. With decades of experience in the industry, the company crafts premium aluminium products designed to safeguard investments from the toughest terrains. The offered salary range for the role is $75,000 to $80,000 per annum.
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Supervise all on-site operations to ensure work is completed in line with required quality benchmarks and productivity targets.
· Review architectural and engineering plans and drawings to assist in estimating project costs.
· Manage end-to-end project activities and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
· Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety requirements to strengthen quality assurance and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Oversee on-site construction processes to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and maintain a safe working environment.
· Keep accurate records of completed work and prepare routine progress and status reports.
· Coordinate on-site tasks and ensure adherence to approved safe work methods, risk assessments, and project specifications.
· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to support timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
· Arrange and manage plant, equipment, and materials required for project activities, ensuring effective scheduling and programming.
· Inspect completed works and compile final documentation to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
· Calculate material costs and confirm all works meet approved project specifications and standards.
· Evaluate project requirements and provide technical and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
· Work collaboratively with engineers, consultants, and other specialists to achieve successful project outcomes.
· Assist with production planning and scheduling to meet manufacturing and project deadlines.
· Research and recommend new or emerging engineering technologies to enhance efficiency and project performance.
· Adapt and refine existing engineering technologies to improve functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
· Conduct testing and trials to assess the performance and suitability of engineering systems and technologies.
· Ensure all project inspections and final assessments comply with applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
Qualifications:
· Should have at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
· Must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree.
· Australian Permanent Residents and citizens are preferred.
