What You'll Do
You'll sit right at the heart of the business, the connector between clients, brokers and insurers, making sure every interaction feels effortless and professional.
* Be the go-to person for client enquiries - friendly, clear, and reliable
* Manage policies, endorsements and administration with accuracy and urgency
* Problem-solve and advocate for clients with professionalism and empathy
* Maintain detailed client records and documentation
* Support the broking team with back-end admin and workflow coordination
