Role Responsibilities

* Support the Principal with Investment Property Sales
* Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential investor and seller listings
* Respond promptly to inquiries and build strong relationships
* Assist in preparing for and attending property appraisals
* Assist Sales Agents with appraisals, listings, open homes, private inspections to enhance sales skills
* Assist the Team with appraisals, listings, property inspections and investor management to enhance investment knowledge
* Engage in warm prospecting through the existing database and develop new connections
* Oversee listing campaigns from initial appraisal to successful results
* Learn negotiation and effectively close sales deals
* Participate in property photoshoots and styling appointments
* Manage vendor pipeline and provide top-notch service
* Prepare vendor reports and provide buyer feedback


Qualifications

* Experience in Property Management – highly regarded
* Comprehensive sales training provided; nil to minimal experience necessary
* Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
* Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Confident and friendly phone manner
* Aspiring to excel and thrive in the real estate industry
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
