Employment Opportunities
We are seeking a driven individual to play a vital role in supporting our participants to achieve their employment goals. As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

About the Role:
You will identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local employers, support participants to identify skills needed to become job ready, and deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals, develop individualised job plans for clear employment pathways, and build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:
* Job Readiness: Support participants to identify skills needed to become job ready
* Service Delivery: Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
* Enhanced Employability: Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
* Personalised Job Plans: Develop individualised job plans for clear employment pathways
* Community Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups


Suitable Candidates:

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a solution-focused approach. Previous experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is highly valued. We provide comprehensive training to help you transition into a career in Employment Services.



Requirements:
* Australian Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Australia
* Transportation: Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
* MyGovID: Standard level MyGovID required
* Criminal History Check: Willing to undergo a National Police Check
* Working with Children Check: Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Availability: Available to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
