An exciting opportunity has arisen for an After Sales Representative (Forklifts) to join our team based in Laverton.
This is a fantastic role with real purpose allowing you to contribute to improving our aftermarket market position and achieving financial growth in the Forklifts after sales remit.

Your Responsibilities
1. Generate new service business for the region through various sales channels and leads made available to you
2. Effectively manage a defined territory and client base
3. Follow up and attend to customer enquiries
4. Identify additional service sales opportunities to support new and current customers
5. Conduct face-to-face contact calls with customers on a daily basis
6. Provide high standard of customer service and effectively manage customer accounts and requirements
7. Ensure all customer orders are effectively communicated with the relevant internal customers ensuring customer requirements are exceeded
8. Attend to customer concerns and facilitate resolution
9. Carry out equipment inspections as required by customers to formulate an estimate cost
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we're Looking For
* Proven experience in forklift sales or a similar industry
* Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge including mechanical and technical aptitude
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and maintain a proactive business development plan
* Customer focused with well-developed communication skills
* Self-motivated, passionate about sales and the drive to succeed
