As a Wellbeing Carer, you play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by creating opportunities for joy and connection. You will work collaboratively with a vibrant team to foster a sense of belonging and well-being.
Your daily interactions will be filled with meaningful activities such as facilitating social connections, supporting daily living needs, and encouraging participation in hobbies like art classes, gardening clubs, and movie nights.
By gathering feedback from residents and collaborating with care teams, you will ensure that activities meet their individual needs and preferences.
Maintaining a safe and clean environment is essential, adhering to infection control protocols and contributing to a healthy living space.
You may also assist with meal preparation and service, ensuring resident preferences are respected while maintaining food safety standards.
We seek an exceptional individual with a heart of gold, flexibility, creativity, excellent communication skills, and experience caring for older adults in aged care or community settings.
A First Aid Certificate is required, and an Australian driver's license is preferred but not necessary.
