About the roles
Old Bar Little Learners' are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks- six years in our Brand-New Centre located in Old Bar, NSW.
What you'll be doing
* Developing and implementing, engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs that foster children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth for children aged 6 weeks to six years.
* Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences to individual needs
* Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
* Ensuring a safe, clean and nurturing environment for all children in your care
* Working collaboratively with other educators to share ideas and best practices
* Upholding the Centre's policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
* Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g. Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care)
* Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting and prepared to work flexible hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
* Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young children
* Valid Working With Children Check
