Overview
Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar role within a supportive, consultant-led clinical team within a busy regional health service. Working under direct consultant supervision, including on the after-hours roster, the registrar will be involved in a wide range of clinical and training activities such as multidisciplinary handover, birth suite management, emergency and elective theatre lists, antenatal clinics, and procedural gynaecology outpatients.
With exposure to over 1,000 births annually, the department provides a varied and interesting case mix. The role also includes active participation in teaching programs for junior doctors, midwives, and medical students.
Hospital
The health service employs over 1,200 staff and offers 172 beds, delivering comprehensive acute and community-based care. Services include emergency, maternity, ICU, rehabilitation, renal dialysis, chemotherapy, mental health, and palliative care. Diagnostic services such as medical imaging and pathology are also available on-site.

Requirements
* AHPRA registered O&G Registrars.
* International Medical Graduate O&Gs with relevant experience.
* IMGs assessed by RANZCOG and deemed partially or substantially comparable.
