Housing Stability Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled coordinator to support young adults (18-24) who experience housing instability and/or homelessness. This role requires working collaboratively with enrolled participants and CoC partners to provide a rapid pathway out of shelter and into safe permanent housing.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with specialization in social, behavioral, or human services, as well as at least one year of professionally supervised work in mental health, chemical dependency and/or social services. Additionally, they should have lived experience of homelessness and/or housing instability and embody the diverse identities of young adults who experience homelessness.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 – 5:00pm
This is a non-exempt position with a minimum-starting wage $18.00 per hour.
