Classic Recruitment and Human Resources are recruiting for a motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic Labour Hire Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Toowoomba office!
This is a agile hands-on role that requires the ability to build rapport with employees and clients, facilitate connections, identify gaps, and provide solutions, while delivering exceptional customer service along the way.
**Your contribution to the team**:
- Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for further growth of the business, establish new clients, procure repeat business, and analyse existing customer relationships resulting in positive revenue growth
- Utilise best practice recruitment methods when screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees
- Identify market patterns and trends in support of strategic priorities and advise accordingly
- Foster long term relationships with clients to become their preferred labour hire, recruitment, and human resources partner
- Conduct site visits to ensure worksites are safe for our employees
- Quote on new jobs in a timely manner
**The Skillset, Attitude and Experience**:
- Proven track record in labour hire, recruitment or human resources is an advantage
- Possess a strong desire to succeed - proactively participate in and contribute to the overall success of Classic Recruitment
- Ability to work under pressure, produce results and to win ethos
- Experience in rostering / workforce planning is an advantage
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience with interpretation of modern awards, workplace agreements and relevant legislation is desirable
