About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will be hands-on with a primary focus on leading and motivating the crew to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include working behind the bar making cocktails or barista coffee, guiding guests through fun activities, training staff, venue maintenance and upkeep, and coordinating functions.

Roster and Hours
Flexible full-time roster with an average of 40 hours per week (no split shifts), structured around trading hours and availability. Rosters typically include 2 consecutive days off. Working hours are highly flexible and rosters can be tailored to personal commitments. We value work-life balance.
Trading hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday–Thursday: 2pm to 9pm
Friday: 2pm to 10pm
Saturday: 10am to 10pm
Sunday: 10am to 9pm
We are open every day from 10am during school holidays.
About You

Must Haves
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role
- Approved Manager’s ticket or willingness to obtain one
- Track record of following procedures to maintain consistency and standards
- Working with children certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Current driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle
