Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the position of Office Manager. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office service standards. This will include allocating human resources, space, and equipment, as well as assigning work to and monitoring the performance of staff.

The Office Manager will also be responsible for managing records and accounts of the office, liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of problems, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum bachelor's or master's degree in management required. They will also have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail.
