About the role
IPN'sReceptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supportingthe successful running of the centre the role includes:
Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
Document scanning and email management
Patient billing and payment collection
Working as part of ateam supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & experience
Medical receptionist experience (preferred)
Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.
Ability to developqualityworking relationships and work in a busy team environment
Exceptional customer service,data entryand communication skills
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
Experience usingBest Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)
A high proficiency in scanning, allocating and emailing essential.
