As our Oceania Government Compliance & Security Manager you'll be responsible for:
- ** Supporting the Chief Security Officer to implement EY's national security clearance compliance strategy.**
- Manage and coordinate the national security clearance function, ensuring compliance with our obligations under a range of policies and standards, and to support business decisions
- Assist with the onboarding and integration of a tech solution to complement these functions
- **Work with the Government Strategic Operations Leader to**:
- Manage and enhance government compliance processes
- Work with the risk, finance and business development teams to identify, review & implement procedures to support account teams comply with internal and external stakeholder expectations
You'll be supported by the Markets Operations team, to learn our systems, policy and procedures and will work closely with the Government Operations team, to be successful in this role.

- Australian citizen, capable of securing (or already have) a NV1 Australian Government security clearance (required)
- Clearly articulate (written & verbal) complex problems and processes into a concise, and simple high-level format
- Strong risk management mindset. Identifies and assesses risks and consults with leadership or stakeholders in a timely manner. Informs and makes recommendations to leadership where necessary
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English
- Strong attention to detail and sound organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Driven individual looking to take the next step in their career and approach the role with a growth mindset
- Bachelor level qualification or equivalent
