Alongside current production, the Blackjack site offers significant exploration potential, with multiple priority targets and strong scope for future resource growth across the surrounding tenements.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team in Charters Towers.
About the role
The Site Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient and smooth operation of the site by managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. As a Site Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for site-based activities, including document control, and correspondence with our head office in Port Macquarie.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site administration activities.
* Maintain accurate records for personnel, contractors, and equipment.
* Handle site-based communications and manage correspondence.
* Provide support to management with compliance and regulatory matters.
* Assist with procurement and inventory management for site materials and supplies.
* Prepare and maintain site inductions, training records, and safety documentation.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the mining or industrial sector.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficient with computers and technology including Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
* Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements within the mining industry is an advantage.
