From shaping sales processes and setting performance standards, to mentoring consultants and driving results-you'll play a pivotal role in creating a motivated, target-driven culture from the outset. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and operations to help refine the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and ultimately deliver incredible travel packages across the globe. A Day in the Life: Handle overflow inbound sales enquiries and turn them into bookings Be the standard-setter for performance and sales best practices. Recruit, onboard, and lead a growing team of travel sales consultants. Monitor and optimise team performance using data-driven insights. Work with marketing to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Shape sales strategy, including scripting, objection handling, and follow-ups. Transition into a full-time leadership role as the team grows. About You: Sales experience ideally in the travel industry or in high-value B2C. A proven track record of converting leads into happy customers. Previous experience leading or mentoring a travel sales team. Strategic and analytical mindset-you love processes and performance metrics. Motivated, resilient, and proactive-you get things done and bring others with you. Excellent communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Solid knowledge of travel destinations and international products.
