Account Management Role

This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as the primary liaison for valued clients, fostering enduring partnerships and driving mutual growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client business needs and company offerings.
* Develop comprehensive account plans to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and enhanced service delivery.
* Collaborate closely with technical specialists, product teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored solutions and seamless project execution.
* Monitor client satisfaction and address challenges to sustain high levels of customer retention and long-term loyalty.
* Maintain precise and timely account documentation, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM systems to support strategic decision-making.
* Represent the organization at industry events, client forums, and trade exhibitions to reinforce market presence and client engagement.


Candidate Profile:

* Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager within the radio communications or telecommunications industry, preferably with knowledge of Motorola Solutions portfolio and technologies.
* Proven success in managing complex accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets through strategic account development and customer retention.
* Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling expertise, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of two-way radio systems, infrastructure, and related technologies.
* Meticulous organisational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple accounts and delivering results under tight deadlines.
* A customer-centric professional committed to providing superior service and fostering enduring client partnerships.
