Position Description: The organisation is now seeking full-time Speech Pathologists to join their team in Longreach.
They have positions for Graduate and Experienced clinicians.
As part of a supportive, diverse, and multidisciplinary team, you'll be providing speech pathology services in regional North Qld.
Working in collaboration with a range of specialists, to provide holistic care and long-term treatment and prevention strategies.
You will work with a diverse range of clients, live and work in parts of Australia that many never get to see - set your own schedule and help the community members thrive through your care and expertise.
Helping people who may not otherwise have access to healthcare and support, you'll see the real difference your work makes in rural communities as you enable clients to live and receive high-quality care locally.
Core Duties: Administer standardised and informal assessments within a multidisciplinary team to determine the nature and extent of their speech, language, learning and communication disorders or swallowing difficulties.
Provide treatment and management including ongoing therapy of speech, language, learning and communication disorders that may be developmental, part of a disability, acquired as a result of injury or disease; and Deliver family centred early childhood intervention strategies Benefits: Competitive salary + super + salary sacrificing up to $15,***** weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading $180/fortnight rental subsidy (Longreach only) Annual flight home after 12 months of service Relocation assistance + initial housing 10 days paid professional development leave + CPD support Paid parental with an ongoing rental subsidy provided once you settle into your own accommodation
