About The Role
We're seeking a highly organised casual Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and supports a team dedicated to exceptional people outcomes. This role is integral to helping us maintain smooth operations so we can deliver outstanding service and support to our clients. No two days will look the same, but in a nutshell, you'll:
* Provide high-quality administrative support across email, documentation and scheduling;
* Manage calendars, meetings, and team communications;
* With support and direction, create and post content for Zest's blog and Linkedin;
* Prepare, proofread and format confidential client and internal documents;
* Maintain accurate digital filing and records through data entry and database management;
* Coordinate office tasks, supplies, and external service providers..
About You
If you're the right person for our team you will be available to work at least 20 hours per week. For the right person we could accommodate 3 full days per week or 4 or 5 shorter days. You could be a uni student looking to start your career in people experience or an administrative professional looking to apply your skills alongside some flexibility to do life as well. You will value professionalism, confidentiality and excellence in all tasks, as well as:
* Use your strong organisational and multitasking skills to bring order to chaos;
* Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally (don't worry, you can still be human too);
* Be proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace with experience with Xero, Deputy, Tanda or Employment Hero being a bonus;
* Show attention to detail, reliability, and initiative and find (and fix) the problems or errors before we do;
* Enjoy supporting a collaborative work environment of hard-working mates.
