Job Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
* Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
* Verify patient information and collect payments
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception and clinic area
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and patient record management
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role ESSENTIAL
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and complete to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
