Job Summary This position is responsible for planning and managing Extraterritorial (ET) Projects of various sizes and complexities. The role includes end-to-end project delivery, managing costs, schedules, dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk. The incumbent will set and manage customer expectations, develop and maintain relationships, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the department and team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily ET project activities, contingency execution strategies, vendor relationships, and engaging with business partners. The role ensures integration across teams and acts as a liaison in developing project scope, timing, and budgets, based on business needs. Tracking key milestones and advising leadership on adjustments are also key duties. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience or 11 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration, or related healthcare functions. At least 4 years of experience managing large, complex projects worth millions of dollars. Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills for teams and junior staff. Experience communicating with senior management and executive leadership across divisions. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to executive audiences. Strong problem resolution skills. Knowledge of strategic planning and industry trends. Ability to interpret business and financial data. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including cross-departmental collaboration and presentation preparation. Experience managing multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Excellent organizational, negotiation, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in driving personalization initiatives at large organizations. Monitoring and assessing impacts of initiatives against the personalization maturity curve, linking to enterprise outcomes. Background in health insurance or healthcare industries. Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Ability to facilitate decision-making, create options, and analyze impacts. Strong presentation skills for all organizational levels, including data sharing and recommendations. This position is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
