About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with a passion for temporary or permanent recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively approaching and engaging with clients through weekly meetings and targeted sales calls.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Proactively engage with both existing and potential clients through regular client meetings and targeted sales calls.
* Drive business development through cold calls and face-to-face onsite client meetings.
* Continuously seek opportunities to expand your market share, grow your desk, and increase revenue.
* Manage a database of active and passive job seekers, ensuring excellent candidate care.
* Source and connect with candidates using full LinkedIn Recruiter licenses and other job portals available.
* Respond efficiently to job orders by matching and submitting suitable candidates.
* Partner with internal teams and national clients to manage contracts and ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with PERSOL National Account Managers to align on client needs and strategic goals.
Requirements:
