A great opportunity is available for Physiotherapists to join our progressive and innovative Community Health Team in delivering a wide range of acute and community-based Physiotherapy services.
Working from various community-based service delivery centres and in a supportive environment, the Physiotherapist, using a consumer-directed care approach, will provide services appropriate to the needs of the local community by using a combination of preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches.
At AHP2 level, the Physiotherapist applies clinical experience, generalist and/or specialist clinical knowledge, and professional competence to plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive and integrated range of services, appropriate to the needs of the local community.
