The Role 
We’re looking for a motivated, well-connected Partnerships Officer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future. 
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

- Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.

Key/Main Responsibilities 
- Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships to foster growth and expansion. 
- Research potential partners, initiate discussions, and negotiate agreements to establish mutually beneficial collaborations. 
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership objectives with organizational strategies and objectives. 
- Analyze industry landscapes, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities. 
- Create compelling partnership proposals, presentations, and pitches that highlight the value of collaboration. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and long-term engagement. 
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, evaluate collaborations, and provide insights for optimizing future partnerships. 
- Play a pivotal role in driving impactful alliances, leveraging networks, and contributing to the organization's growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with our outreach clusters. 
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or a relevant field. 
- 2 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, or equivalent experience. 
- 5 years of experience in a commercial setting, or equivalent experience. 
Preferred Requirements 
- Fluency in English. 
- Willingness to learn new skills. 
- A passion to take on responsibility and lead initiatives. 
- The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time. 
- A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all. 
- A team-oriented team player mindset 
- Excellent communication and organization skills 
- Well developed problem and organisation skills 
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
