The Role:

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational hotel leadership to join our team. This is a full-time position and reports to our Rooms Division Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

o Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
o Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team
o Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained
o Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectations
o Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas
o compliance with WHS processes and procedures
o Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services
o Assist in on-the-job department and staff training
o Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures

About you:

Your many talents will include:

o Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations
o Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others
o A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus
o Your attention to detail is second to none
o Good organisational and time management skills
o Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
o The ability to work across a full-time schedule

Please note: You must already hold the relevant Visa status to live and work in Australia - we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities with this position and are seeking long term commitment to the role.
