As an Account Manager (Fleet Sales), you will be responsible for achieving sales, profit and growth objectives across a diverse portfolio of SA based fleet customers. This includes commercial fleets, passenger fleets (such as fleet lease, government and rental), and Original Equipment (OE) customers.

Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong, multitier customer relationships, driving retention, increasing share of wallet, and ensuring all proposals and activities are both sustainable and profitable. You will implement initiatives to grow existing accounts, support the seamless transition of new national business into account management, and identify opportunities to package complementary solutions such as Webfleet and Lube Mobile.

Based at our SA State Office in Wingfield, you will also manage customer service outcomes, maintain accurate CRM records, support store and service networks, conduct fleet inspections, and provide regular sales forecasting and insights to the State Manager, Fleet Sales.

About You

You bring credible sales experience and a customer centric approach to account management, with the capability to build strong relationships at all levels. You understand how to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes and can confidently manage profitability, pricing and growth opportunities within your portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

* Strong negotiation skills that deliver balanced outcomes for both Bridgestone and the customer
* Proven ability to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities
* Experience growing existing accounts and increasing share of wallet
* A proactive, analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
* Confidence in promoting and embracing new technology and digital solutions
* Effective planning and time management skills, including structured customer call planning
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and an understanding of CRM/ ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Halo, Salesforce preferred but not essential)
* The ability to maintain high standards of recordkeeping and customer reporting
