Customer experience consultant (nudgee)

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team based in Nudgee 4014. As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for our customers.

What you'll be responsible for

• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Confirming and managing customer bookings
• Manage a variety of customer queries including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints

What you'll need to be successful

• Experience within a fast paced call centre environment desired but not essential
• Salesforce experience highly desired but not essential
• A positive, can do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‐pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
