Based in Geelong, we're a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting located throughout Australia. Whilst we continue to grow, Kaisercraft have a strong focus on ensuring the Kaisercraft values are carried all the way from out Head office through to our Retail stores. Please note we do not offer hybrid working arrangements and the role will be required onsite in Geelong full time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stock replenishment and allocations for new, core, and seasonal product lines.
Analyse sales and stock performance to support informed business decisions.
Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and trade review support to the Planning team.
Collaborate with stores, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain efficient product flow.
Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Excel with a strong data-driven approach.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
A strong interest in retail and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
Previous allocation or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
Perfect role for a recent graduate in related field (Commerce, Business Analyst or Finance).
