What You'll Do:
* Supervising site crews and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with BHP, Company, and Statutory HSE requirements
* Coordinating daily work activities and resources
* Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
* Communicate with BHP Supervisors regarding site specific project information
* Liaising with stakeholders and BHP representatives
* Monitoring quality, productivity, and schedules
* Completing site reporting and documentation
* Implement the Project Plan and communicate regularly on progress with Operations and Contract Manager
* Use client systems to input field leadership and ensure Company systems are being implemented

What You Bring:
* Previous proven experience in a similar role (2 years minimum)
* S26 Supervisor Qualification - essential
* RIIRIA402 - Carry out the risk management process or BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management - essential
* BSBWHS411 - Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs - essential
* Hold a current drivers licence - HR minimum
* Industry Qualifications (drilling relevant)
* White Card - essential
* National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
* Must Reside in WA
* Able to work as part of a team
