THE POSITION
* Prepare, cook and serve meals at this Bundoora site
* Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
* Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
* Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
* Monday shift and Friday shift each week, with the option to pick up extra shifts
THE PERSON
* Proximity to this worksite in the Melbourne suburb of Bundoora
* Knowledge of food hygiene & workplace health & safety protocols
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification)
* NPC Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
