**HCM Change Management Lead**

**About the Role**:
This NSW Government Organisation is modernising, streamlining and transforming its people management systems and process to meet the demands of a growing system. This journey will transform some of the department's most important HR functions through improved processes as well as a more integrated and consistent user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design, development and delivery of the program's change management strategy, framework, tools and standards utilising leading practices and pragmatic approaches
- Lead the change management approach, plan and implementation for each program release incorporating change, people readiness, communications and training streams
- Recruit, onboard, manage and develop a team of change, training and communications specialists including a mix of department and vendor resources
- Participate in procurement processes to prepare, identify, evaluate, select and manage a supplier to deliver change management and training services to the program
- Identify risks and emerging issues and develop proactive solutions to ensure that the HCM transformation program is successful.
**Key Skills**:
- Experience leading multiple large and complex end-to-end change implementations (1+ year each)
- Technology-enabled transformation change contexts (ideally enterprise solutions (HCM solutions ideal - e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) however not standard technology platforms (e.g. Office 365)
- Change implementations at scale with varied and distributed engagement and impacts
- Leading large mixed team of employees, contractors, vendors
- Public sector and/ or consulting experience is advantageous
