Tasks & Responsibilities Perform regular checks to ensure cleanliness, high-quality food preparation, and service standards.
Collaborate with head chefs and kitchen staff to plan popular and successful menus.
Contribute to creating new drinks and specials; supervise beverage service as needed.
Coordinate with management on marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Organize and oversee arrangements for large groups or special functions.
Develop and manage the budget with the owner, controlling operational costs.
Maintain inventory and financial records.
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising food service personnel.
Engage with customers to assess satisfaction and overall experience.
Investigate and resolve complaints related to food quality and service.
Address internal staff issues and complaints.
Enforce sanitary practices and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding alcohol service and health and safety standards.
Assist wait staff with reservations, greeting guests, and taking orders, especially for large groups or corporate clients.
Qualifications & Experience A diploma level qualification or at least 3 years of full-time relevant work experience is preferred.
