We're on the lookout for a driven, experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who's ready to take their desk to the next level. Whether you're a gun 360 recruiter who thrives on BD, or a talent-focused specialist looking to deepen existing partnerships, we'll back your strengths and give you room to grow.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across contract and permanent roles
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the construction, and/or renewable energy sectors
* Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent
* Developing your market through business development and networking
* Collaborating with a high-performing team that values quality over quantity
What's on offer:
* $90,000 base salary
* Up to 50% commissions after hitting a $60,000/quarter threshold

* Have at least 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in Australia, the UK or the US
